At MIAN MART LIMITED, we are committed to delivering premium custom logos that represent your brand perfectly. Because our work is a personalized creative service, we have established the following policy regarding refunds:

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You are entitled to a 100% full refund if you request a cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase, provided that our design team has not yet started on your initial concepts.

2. Refund Requests During the Design Process

• Initial Concepts Phase: If you are not satisfied with the first set of concepts provided, you may request a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the studio time, research, and creative labor already invested by our designers.

• Revision Phase: Once you have requested revisions to a specific design, the project is considered "active," and a refund is no longer possible.

3. Final Delivery (No Refunds)

Once the final high-resolution files (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, etc.) have been delivered to your email (hasimkarimamz@gmail.com) or downloaded via our portal, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. At this stage, the service is considered fully rendered and the intellectual property has been transferred.

4. Revision Policy
