Welcome to MIAN MART LIMITED. By purchasing our premium logo design services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
MIAN MART LIMITED provides custom business logo design and branding services. The specific deliverables (number of concepts, revisions, and file formats) are determined by the package purchased at checkout.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Our Rights: All preliminary concepts, sketches, and unused designs remain the permanent property of MIAN MART LIMITED.

Client Rights: Upon final approval of a design and receipt of full payment, the copyright and ownership of the final chosen logo are transferred to the client for unrestricted commercial use.

Portfolio Usage: Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing, MIAN MART LIMITED reserves the right to display the completed logo in our professional portfolio and marketing materials.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide clear creative direction and timely feedback. MIAN MART LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to respond to design proofs. The client is responsible for ensuring that the business name provided does not infringe on existing trademarks.
4. Revision Policy
Revisions are defined as minor tweaks to the chosen logo concept (e.g., color changes, font adjustments, or small layout shifts). Complete changes in the creative direction after work has begun may incur additional service fees.
5. Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely. As a Manchester-based business, we adhere to UK consumer protection standards. Services will not begin until the initial payment or deposit is confirmed.
6. Limitation of Liability
MIAN MART LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the delivered designs. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
